Our range of services start with survey audits. In line with European legislation, we provide energy performance certificates and display energy certificates direct to owners, landlords, tenants, leaseholders and agents. We can help our clients comply with regulations such as MEES
Since 2007 we have supported clients across sectors including retail, real estate, education and local government. We have an understanding of the short, medium, and long-term improvements that can contribute to a lower carbon path.

Our energy surveys include assessments of building fabric walls, windows, floors and roofs. We also assess the efficiency of building services such as heating, lighting, hot water, air-conditioning, and renewable technologies

Recommendations to improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon footprint can include upgrading lighting and controls, investing in heat pump technology, and adopting solar PV.

Managing and monitoring energy consumption are critical elements of effective energy benchmarking.

Improving insulation to walls, windows, roofs and floors can minimise wasteful heat loss

Replacing old, inefficient boilers can bring short/medium-term payback benefits

Upgrading to LED lighting with controls is proven to reduce electricity consumption

Effective energy management should monitor comfort levels within the working environment. This would cover aspects such as daylight provision, and air quality.

Appropriate heat pump technology and solar PV installations utilising battery storage, can contribute significantly to low carbon goals.
